I came in a week ago and had the rudest experience. The lady assessor with short white hair and is kinda old is so rude. I have had MANY people warn me about her and how she just wants people to fail their test. I stopped in the middle of the road as there was a hazard and then she raised her voice at me yelling 'WHY DID YOU STOP!?!' I got really scared and felt unsafe in the car. She could've told me this politely instead of raising her voice. And then the lady said I didn't indicate many times but I well and clearly did. If she didn't hear she should look.

Once you stepped in this department you can feel that all the staff are here to help you, not to make things difficult for you. staff name “Mimi” deserves 5 stars!! She was really helpful, and try to solve everything for me! Really thanks everyone in this department, who ever wants to get the things done please come here.

What is the point of having someone at the door to help people on arrival if they lack customer service. The lady on the door today with long wavy dark hair is grumpy, rude and has the worst attitude customer service is not the line of work she should be in she should be in the box out the back where she doesn't interact with the community. I have never been so disappointed with the treatment we and others received - a new job is definitely warranted for this lady.

Absolutely impressed with the quality of customer service at this centre. A big shout out to Ms Viola who helped me sort out my driver license registration which wasn’t a easy task but she took time and helped me get it sorted. Highly recommend this centre & the staff who were truly amazing & helpful.

Good facility, nice chairs and lovely staff. Incredibly busy, dont underestimate how long you'll be waiting for. I arrived at 7am, doors open at 8.15am, there was already 4 people waiting. By the time doors opened the line was 25-30 people deep out into the car park. The clerks though are doing their best and are really helpful. Please have patience as everyone is in the same boat just waiting to be served.

Avoid this DOT for driving assessments as much as humanly possible. From past experiences all of the assessor’s that I have had including most recent Assessor 2314 has no way of taking it easy on learner drivers. Completely deteriorated my confidence and will most certainly never take a test here again nor recommend here at all. If I could I would give it -5 stars.

Norleen the lady accessor at DVS midland she is so well and humble with her job. She was my accessor for PDA today and I had such a nice experience with her. I thought why didn't I come to this center before as I got failed few times in mirrabooka.

For the ultimate bureaucracy feeling, come here! If the Government can drag out processes and systems to a point where you have to wait an hour to have a person say Computer says no!" This is where you get that experience. But to be fair
